Confidential Client Construction Progress
This project features a 2,000-square-foot ISO5 clean room designed to maintain an exceptionally stable dry-room environment. Because the space required extremely tight environmental tolerances, a dedicated low-dew-point dehumidification system was installed to hold conditions at 68°F ± 1° with a maximum dew point of –32°C.
To support product storage, the build also includes an 11’×40’ 2°C cold box and an 11’×20’ –25°C walk-in freezer, each equipped with its own standalone environmental monitoring system.
For production needs, new LN2 and CDA systems were added along with all associated process piping to service (2) 200L lyophilizers and (4) 50L lyophilizers. Finally, a structural steel mezzanine was constructed above the clean room to accommodate the additional M/E/P equipment required for the facility
