Warehouse Racking & Tenant Improvement

This project consists of the new construction of a 220,000 SF distribution center for a Bay Area Based Technology Company. The project included 200,000 SF of warehouse racking that triggered a variety of critical fire life safety upgrades to the building. To accommodate the needs of the site, all new dock levelers, edge of docks, and motorized roll-up doors were installed. In addition, the site was upgraded to be fully ADA Accessible Entrance Ramps as well as new ADA Compliant restrooms. Finally, all exterior stairs were replaced for seamless site access for this client.
